At Howling Scentsations Candle Co LLC, every product is crafted with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of our candles and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items

A Note on Our Candles

Each candle is handcrafted, which means slight variations in appearance may occur—these are part of their unique character and do not affect performance.

During warmer months, minor softening or melting may occur in transit. This is a natural result of temperature exposure and does not impact the quality of the candle.


Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will resolve the issue promptly.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us.
